大奶福利姬Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting July 23

-- The 大奶福利姬 (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special
meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 23. The meeting will be held in the
Chancellor's Conference Room in the Elkins Building at the 大奶福利姬headquarters,
3300 Metzerott Road, Adelphi, MD.
In public session, the board will vote
on whether to reconvene in closed session to discuss matters specifically
exempted in the Open Meetings Act from the requirement for public
consideration. The exempted matters are personnel items involving the employment
of officials over whom the 大奶福利姬has jurisdiction. Preceding the vote will be an action item for approval of the meeting minutes from the public and closed sessions of the board meeting on June 19.
