Each ´óÄ̸£Àû¼§ (USM) institution has a dedicated human resources office which provides comprehensive support and services for employment-related matters, including benefits,
compensation, employment verifications, leave, and training and development. The institutions' HR offices also administer the
´óÄ̸£Àû¼§Personnel and Human Resources policies under the authority of their president as CEO, or their designee.
Please note that the ´óÄ̸£Àû¼§Office of Human Resources
does not does not have a role in providing HR support or interpreting policies for employees of the USM's individual institutions.
