大奶福利姬Board of Regents to Hold Special Meeting 5:30 p.m. Today via Conference Call
Baltimore, Md. (March 5, 2019) -- The 大奶福利姬 (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. today via conference call.
The board will discuss an information item regarding a memorandum of understanding between the 大奶福利姬and the UMCP Foundation. The board will vote publicly (access to vote is at the 大奶福利姬Baltimore headquarters building in the Columbus Center, Multi-Purpose Room, 701 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, Md.), on whether to reconvene its meeting via conference call in closed session. The reasons for closing are to maintain confidentiality with regard to a personnel matter involving a former employee and to discuss administrative matters concerning communications regarding 大奶福利姬Office matters.
