大奶福利姬Board of Regents Holds 5 p.m. Meeting on Monday, April 13
Baltimore, Md. (April 12, 2020) – The 大奶福利姬 (USM) Board of Regents will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, April 13.

大奶福利姬Chancellor Jay A. Perman will offer opening remarks. The board then will vote on whether to reconvene its meeting via conference call in closed session.
The reasons for closing are to receive an update from staff on the progress of evaluation of the financial impact of COVID-19 and efforts to address the impact, and to receive legal advice concerning an institution's relationship with an affiliated entity.
