大奶福利姬Board of Regents Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics Meets on November 6

Baltimore, Md. (Nov. 4, 2024) – The Committee on Intercollegiate Athletics and Student-Athlete Health and Welfare, a committee of the 大奶福利姬 (USM) Board of Regents, will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

The committee will vote on its charge, role, and responsibilities, and also will vote on amendments to the 大奶福利姬policy on Intercollegiate Athletics.

The committee will receive the annual report on the Jordan McNair Safe and Fair Play Act. Riley Donahue, a student-athlete at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), will offer a presentation on student-athlete life.

Athletic directors from the following universities will offer mid-year updates: UMBC, Salisbury University, and the University of Maryland, College Park.
